Dynamic Duo Fitness is a Mother-Daughter fitness experience bringing the vision of complete health and wellness as a lifestyle into tangible form by offering in-person and virtual group fitness classes, nutritional guidance, useful information and resources, and purposeful conversation.  We aim to become the go-to resource for family and community health and wellness in the city of East Point and beyond.

Rhonda “Rho” Shelton

Hello! I’m Rho Shelton, a New York City native now living in Jonesboro, GA. I am a dancer at heart and have been teaching fitness classes since 2007 and I absolutely love it! The reason is simple: Dancing and Teaching are my passions, so every class feels like a party! I am a AFAA/NASM nationally certified Group Fitness Instructor.

I am also licensed to teach Zumba, Pilates, Hip Hop Aerobics, Silver Sneaker Boom Move series, Jillian Michaels Body Revolution series, Schwinn Cycling, Chair Fit and Total Body to name a few, however my passion is Cardio-Kickboxing. My background also includes playing Kickball in Atlanta for a championship women’s team for several years.

Greetings Dynamic Divas and Divos!

It’s your girl LV! I’m a Nationally Certified Counselor; Licensed Professional Counselor; Masters Addiction Counselor; and Certified Counselor Supervisor by trade. My passion marries mental health and fitness together harmoniously.

My focus is helping others improve:
– health and wellness
– self-esteem and positive body image
– positive coping strategies & mental health.
My enthusiasm about fitness developed by watching and engaging in fitness activities with mom!  From Cardio Kickboxing, to Taekwondo, to kickball, Xtreme hip-hop, and body building… I am always amazed at our mental and physical strength.
I am a firm believer that we can all strive towards achieving a healthier lifestyle that will improve the quality of our mental health and overall wellness.
Consistent physical fitness, and good nutrition are key. I learned all of these things on my fitness journey and now I’d love to share it with you!
I have been certified to teach Xtreme hip-hop with Phil since 2019. I am currently working on the following:
