Personal Training
Personal training is a 35-45 min session focusing on basic weight training, muscle building and strengthening. Sessions can be virtual or in-person; individual or in a group. Please indicate your preferred type, day/time, and platform when registering. Other options maybe available.

A one hour interval fitness regime that combines Latin, Hip hop, Reggaeton and other rhythms and easy to follow moves to create exciting calorie burning and toning movements.
This 45-60 minute class focuses on strengthening and toning Abs, glutes, thighs, and hamstrings using targeted movements and body resistance. Bring your Booty-band for added resistance!
This low-intensity workout combines cardio, strength, and flexibility, all modified to a seated position. A perfect exercise class for seniors, those just starting an exercise routine, those with balance issues, those recovering from an injury or surgery, or anyone who needs a very low-intensity workout.
This class is for those with little to no cycling experience. The workout will focus on learning basic cycling skills with low to moderate intensity. The bike allows you to control the resistance and challenge level.
