Coach Rhonda ‘Rho’ Shelton is a nationally certified fitness professional, and owner of Dynamic Duo Fitness located in Atlanta, GA. She helps professionals lose stubborn fat and inches, build strength and muscle mass, and improve overall health – to reveal a strong, healthy, sexy body WITHOUT spending countless hours in the gym OR starving themselves on those crazy internet diets!

She has adopted a simple approach to getting healthy and staying fit:

  • Nutrition – To support the body for optimal functionality.
  • Fitness – For fat burning, flexibility, and muscle toning.
  • Accountability – To educate and help build good habits and consistency.

This process has successfully changed bodies, built confidence, and increased awareness of
the benefits of adopting a healthy lifestyle. In fact, Coach Rho’s clients have lost over 1000 lbs, lowered their numbers, gained muscle, flexibility, and strength, AND learned how to sustain and improve!

Marymagdalene Russell

Marymagdalene Russell, is originally from Ohio and a Georgia implant with her associate degree in business administration, marketing and sales, and accounting from Ohio Business College. Marymagdalene loves animals and being at one with nature and is not afraid to get her hands dirty. When she is not working, she likes gardening, exploring parks, waterfalls, beaches, lounges, and local cafés, and partaking in extreme adventures such as (zip-lining, rock climbing, and jet skis). She is currently a Fitness instructor at Dynamic Duo Fitness and Anytime Fitness, she teaches mixxedFit, cycling, and strength training and is following her dream to motivate and educate people on living a healthy and fit lifestyle while continuing her education in yoga and learning Spanish.
